Mentored numerous application development teams over an eleven-year period. Mentoring included analytical mentoring, application architecture, design, implementation and encyclopedia upgrades of the Allfusion:GEN product line.

Developed numerous applications using the IEF/GEN software. Development projects ranged the complete gamut of GEN capabilities. Included in this were projects developed for Web, GUI, Block mode, and Batch. Has over 25 years of systems development experience, with 20 years of IEF/CA:GEN experience.
